Bay Gateway lane closure causes rush hour delays between Lancaster and Morecambe
Traffic is being delayed on the Bay Gateway due to roadworks causing the road heading towards Heysham to be down to one lane.
A rolling road closure is in place today, Thursday, close to the junction with Northgate while work is carried out on the carriageway.
Motorists have to feed into one lane just before the traffic lights, and the road returns to two lanes shortly after the junction.
