Watch a silent film created before your eyes accompanied by captivating live music in Lancaster this month.

The Paper Cinema will be presenting their version of Homer’s Odyssey at the Nuffield Theatre on the Lancaster University campus on November 27 and 28.

Cinematic projection and cunning tricks will transform a suitcase full of cut-out paper puppets into an array of living characters and striking landscapes.

Paper Cinema founder, Nicholas Rawling creates wonderful illustrations which are manipulated by puppeteers in front of a live video camera and projected in real-time, to create a fragile and intricate piece of live art.
