Each and every one of us has to overcome adversity in life.
Hopefully it doesn’t come round too often, but when it does (and it will), the true test of our character is built in these times of uncertainty.
I truly believe myself and my company are in the best industry in the world.
We help change lives. Every person we see wants to change their life for the better. On the surface, it is all about losing weight and getting in shape, but upon digging deeper, there are underlying emotional triggers as to why someone wants this.
It might be health, finances, relationships, business, personal circumstances or any number of different things.
The point of the matter is, exercise is single handedly the best thing you can possibly do for yourself.
It could be absolutely anything, but the important thing is, that you do it and you do it consistently.
I want to set you a challenge and I really want you to email me or come see me at the studio and tell me how it has changed your life.
I want you to commit to doing some form of physical activity for thirty minutes each and every single day for the rest of this month.
Hold yourself accountable and at every opportunity, try to do this with a loved one, a friend or family member.
It does not matter who, again what matters is that you do it. Do not set out to run a marathon. Set out to walk half a mile.
Day by day you will get there and the most important thing is, you are not going to be overwhelmed when you break your big goals down in to small daily manageable goals. Daily exercise will help you cleanse your mind, body and spirit, for all things emotional, physical and psychological.
We are gearing up for our next six week summer body transformation challenge at Fitness Formation and we are going to work along side you every week for six weeks in this column.
