Tickets are selling fast for a night to remember the glory days of Morecambe nightclubs and raise money for a good cause.
St John’s Hospice fundraiser Gary Butler is organising a Harvey’s, Crystal T’s and Blue Rhapsody Reunion Night at the Trimpell Club on Saturday, September 10.
Harvey’s, Crystal T’s and the Blue Rhapsody were all popular late-night Morecambe venues in the 1980s and 1990s.
Regular DJs from the era, Trevor Cooke, Phill Hayward and Ian Simpson will be spinning some of the classic hits of the day.
Lionel Richie tribute artist Hamilton Browne and Wiggy, a dancer from the iconic TV show The Hitman and Her, will also appear.
Tickets cost £10. Contact Gary Butler via Facebook or on 07814107525 for details.
Gary, winner of our Visitor Sunshine Unsung Hero award in 2016, will be walking the Great Wall of China to raise money for the hospice from September 17-26.
