Evolution of Combat is the brainchild of professional fighter and coach at Lancaster’s Kaizen Academy Daniel Hope.

A mix of professional and amateur fights will take place at The Carleton on Marine Road West with the home club hoping to put on a show for local fans.

There will be a host of Kaizen fighters in action including instructors Adam Gregory and Kieran O’Brien.

Featherweight Gregory, who has won his one professional fight, takes on Norway’s Sigmund Hollerud who also brings a 1-0 record to the cage.

‘Sweet feet’ O’Brien will hope his unpredictable and unorthodox striking style will be too much for Stockport’s Reece Street as he looks for his first victory in a bantamweight contest.

Kaizen’s amateur squad will be out in force on the night with brothers Joe Kearns and Jordan Kearns as well as Ross Mason and Tom Staerke all in action.

Daniel McLachlan will make his K1 debut while Luke Wilding will take part in a four-man Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament that adds an extra dimension to the action.
