New manager appointed at training firm

A Morecambe-based training provider has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of a new quality manager.

Pam Wadcock will oversee the co-ordination of policies and procedures across all 10 of PHX’s training centres in Lancashire and Cumbria, to ensure the company’s services meet external and internal requirements while retaining consistency across the group.

The 46-year old joins PHX Training from Manchester training provider Skills Solutions. Based at PHX Training’s Preston office, she will travel between all the North West centres, so she can provide face-to-face support to employees. Pam said: “The position really appealed to me as having worked within more niche sectors previously, I was keen to use my expertise within a more general area of business. At PHX Training, I will be working to ensure all practices, policies and procedures are consistent.”
