Wagon driver arrested after pedestrian hit by lorry in Lancaster city centre

A man was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink/drugs after a wagon hit a pedestrian in Lancaster city centre.

The arrested man, 34, has been released under investigation.

The pedestrian suffered a minor injury, said police.

The incident happened on King Street in Lancaster around 10pm on November 23 and police closed the road whilst investigations got underway.
