Firefighters tackle cooker fire in Heysham

Firefighters raced to the scene of an incident in Heysham.

One fire engine from Morecambe attended the incident on Peplow Road, Heysham on July 6 at 12.55am.

The incident involved a house heavily smoke-logged due to cooking.

The fire service used two breathing apparatus and a ventilation fan.

The fire service remained at the scene for one hour and ten minutes.
