Mountain biker injured in fall at Arnside
A mountain biker who sustained injuries after a bad fall at Arnside had to be rescued by emergency crews.
Bay Search and Rescue were called out at 2.30pm on Tuesday and were directed to the scene where the Arnside Coastguard crew were providing initial first aid.
Ambulance crews stabilised the man and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
