Birchall Blackburn Law has won a prestigious conveyancing award for the second year running.

The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2018 have named Birchall Blackburn Law as conveyancing firm of the year – north of England.

This is the second time the firm has scooped this title after also facing stiff regional competition at the awards in 2017.

The awards, sponsored by Eclipse Proclaim, identify those firms who have consistently achieved success as teams, who take a lead in innovation and those who are championing client care

Andrea Fairweather, partner in residential conveyancing at Birchall Blackburn Law, said: “Winning this award is a great achievement, especially for the second year in a row. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone for their dedication and hard work.

“To win against such a high calibre of firms, shows that our dedication to keeping standards high and our clients happy has paid off.”

The winners were chosen by an esteemed panel of judges, who were carefully selected based on their knowledge and experience in the industry.

Birchall Blackburn Law has also been shortlisted in the ‘regional conveyancing firm of the year’ category at the Law Firm Services conveyancing conference and awards 2018.

Now in their seventh year, the LFS conveyancing awards are one of the biggest events in the conveyancing calendar.

The awards will be held on September 19 at the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham.
