Andrew Harris, 39, from Langho, was last seen in person in the Langho area of Blackburn at around 1pm on Saturday (June 6).

He was then seen on CCTV on New Hall Lane in Preston shortly after 2pm, and then a little while later on footage taken closer to the city centre.

Police are extremely concerned about his welfare as he needs to take medication which officers believe he does not have in his possession.

It's possible Andrew has travelled elsewhere in Lancashire, or even out of the county, using either the rail network or taxis, according to police.

PC Becky Jones, of the East Division Missing from Home Team, said: "We are extremely worried about Andrew and we are asking anybody who has seen him or knows where he may be to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

"He is wearing a t-shirt with quite a distinctive design so perhaps you remember seeing him in the New Hall Lane area, or later on as he headed in the direction of the city centre.

"Similarly, we would urge Andrew himself, if he sees this appeal, to get in touch with us to let us know he is safe."

Andrew is described as white, around 5ft 10in tall, of medium build with a large stomach.

He has short, brown hair, a dragon tattoo on both arms and significant scarring around his mouth.

Andrew was last seen wearing a black cap, black jacket, blue jeans, black trainers and a black t-shirt with a distinctive Union Jack image on the front.

He has links to Preston, Blackpool, Chorley and Manchester.

Anybody with information is asked to get in touch with police by calling 101, quoting log number 678 of June 6.
