There is a good degree of flexibility on site and we hope to be able to tailor space to suit occupier’s requirements.
“The option to purchase pre or post refurbishment is also an attractive option for potential buyers.
“We can deliver a range of units from 17,729 sq ft up 107,713 sq ft if units A, D & E are combined.”
Keer Park, a former TDG distribution depot, is located at the northern edge of the town centre and close to junction 35 of the M6 with good proximity to the South Lakes and Lancaster.

Danny added: “The initial phase of marketing has been very encouraging and we are in discussions with potential occupiers from the Morecambe, Lancaster, Heysham, Carnforth and north Preston areas.
“Terms have already been agreed with a notable occupier and we expect more will follow shortly.”
