M6 Southbound closure
The M6 Southbound will be closed from junction 33-34 tonight (Wednesday February 17).
The closure which includes the southbound entry slip, will take place between 8pm-6am. There will be diversion in place via the A6.
Caton Road (A683) between the M6 slip road junctions will also be closed on Thursday and Friday night (February 18-19) between 8pm-6am.
There will be no through route under the M6 bridge and diversions will be in place using the M6 junction 33 and 35.
The closures are due to the ongoing work to the Heysham M6 Link Road.
