Lots to do in Bowland this spring

Visitors and locals can get out and about in Easter holiday events in Bowland.

This Saturday, Beacon Fell Country Park’s Easter Trail begins at 11am at the visitor centre (pictured), and on Sunday April 3rd walkers can join rangers for a brown hare walk near Bleasdale.

On Saturday April 9th there’s an RSPB walk from Slaidburn looking for some of the area’s special bird life, and the family-friendly “Heard the Buzz?” at Downham Village Hall, with activities on a bee and butterfly theme.

On Saturday April 23rd there’s a Pendle Hill walk to find out about Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership.
