The chosen charity for BNI Castle, which meets weekly in Lancaster, is Piccadilly Gardens, which provides a range of support services and activities for adults, young people and children with disabilities.

Charity manager Stephen Neaves said: “We provide day support for people to partake in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, music, pottery, walking, fishing, sport, horticulture, boxing and dog walking.

“Piccadilly has been the lead organisation for Person Centred Approaches in Lancashire for many years and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide a unique service tailored to the people we support.

“Our staff team are fully trained and experienced in supporting people with a diverse range of support needs and we are a Preferred Provider for Lancashire County Council, and an accredited training centre with City and Guilds.”

“BNI were responsible for ticket sales and sponsorship of the event, which made just over £3,000, the most we ever raised in one single night, so we are delighted with the outcome and the money raised.”
