Lancaster beatboxer’s Royal Appointment

A Lancaster beatboxer has performed at Buckingham Palace while appearing in a television documentary about how urban music can transform lives.

Jack Brennand, 20, is using his awardwinning skills as a beatboxer to turn his life around.

He was one of several young people chosen to appear in a three-part BBC Two documentary fronted by DJ and drum and bass pioneer, Goldie.

Entitled Goldie’s Band – By Royal Appointment the series will be screened from tomorrow, Saturday, on BBC2.
