Kirkby Lonsdale flag display marks RAF formation
A display of flags to mark the 100th anniversary of the formation of the RAF has gone on show in Kirkby Lonsdale.
From Sunday until VE Day on May 8, 107 flags will adorn buildings across the town.
The display was organised by former town council chair Alan Day and current chair Geoffrey Buswell.
Alistair Beaton assisted by putting the flags up across the main building and thoroughfares in the town.
