Terry Harvey discovered the early 20th Century medal at Bolton-le-Sands on a farm owned by Stephen Hill. It reads: ‘Richard Brookbank: for faithful service in the special constabulary. “It would be nice to give it back to somebody,” said Terry, who lives in Heysham.
