Free parking in Lancaster and Morecambe for Christmas shopping
Shoppers will be able to enjoy free parking at selected times in Lancaster and Morecambe in the run-up to Christmas.
From Sunday November 22 until Sunday December 20, all of the city council’s pay and display car parks in Lancaster and Morecambe will be free to use for Sunday shopping.
From Thursday November 26 until Thursday December 17, you can park for free at the council’s display car parks in Lancaster after 6pm (until 8am the following morning) on Thursday evenings.
Marketgate car park is also providing free parking on the same dates, plus December 28.
