Waseem, 32, has taxied into Redrow’s Abode development at Riverside View in Lancaster, where he’s hoping to see sales take off in his care. He joined the award winning building company only six months ago, beginning his housing sales career in Buckshaw Village.

His arrival at Abode coincides with the streetscene taking shape and Redrow is urging potential home owners to go and see the homes and meet newcomer Waseem.

“It is really exciting starting on a new site,” said Waseem.”

Riverside View, on the banks of the River Lune, was already home to Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes boasting traditional arts andcrafts inspired exteriors, before the more contemporary looking Abode range was added into the mix in October last year.

Waseem, who, with partner Nicholas, has a three-year-old daughter Jennah, who the couple adopted, said: “To come to such a beautiful development is amazing. The street scene is really coming along so people can now get a true feel of what it would be like to live here.”
