Fitness fiesta for Friends of Review
The group is a fundraising committee run by volunteers working to raise funds for the Riverview Day Centre and the Youth Ability Project based in Kendal.
The Riverview Day Centre is for people with disabilities to socialise, meet new people, learn new skills and join in with all sorts of activities. Youth Ability is an exclusive club for young people with disabilities and their siblings.

Hide AdActivities include crafts, sports, music, baking and trips to Bendrigg Lodge and Kepplewray plus a summer residential.
Any money raised during the fiesta on Saturday November 28 will be split between the two and go towards activities, trips out and equipment.
Natalie Rusiuk will host the fitness sessions at St Mary’s of the Angels Catholic Church Hall in Bolton-le-Sands.
The sessions will start from 1pm with a Christmas party aerobics with glow sticks and will finish with tea and cake at 4pm.
This will be third fitness fundraiser Natalie has hosted.

Hide AdThe first fitness morning was held in November last year and 30 men and women took part in a whole morning of fun group exercise sessions at The Old Boy’s School in Bolton-le-Sands and successfully raised more than £300 for the ‘Raise the Roof, Open the Door’ appeal for the Holy Trinity Church in Bolton-le-Sands.
The second event helped raise funds for the Jubilee Institute in Heysham following another successful morning of classes including a burlesque chair routine.
Doors open for the festive fiesta on November 28 at 12.30pm for registration.
