Fire crews, the RNLI, coastguard and paramedics went to the scene opposite the yacht club slipwayin Morecambe 20 metres from the coastline. Firefighters set up inflatable walkways to rescue the man, who was checked over by paramedics. The rescue was at 2pm on October 21.
