Exhibition opens revamped house

The launch of an innovative new business in Halton will feature fine arts, furniture and collectibles for sale at its official opening this weekend.

The recently renovated Tower House in Church Street will open its doors on Saturday, March 2 and Sunday March 3 between 10am

and 6pm, with an exhibition and sale of oils and watercolours by celebrated local artist Roger D Salmon.

Visitors will have the opportunity to view 15 of the 19 rooms of this Grade II Listed Georgian faux castle, which has been converted into a guesthouse and exhibition space, with many antique items for sale, by owner Jonathan Edwards.

MP for Morecambe and Lunesdale David Morris will officially open the business at 10am on Saturday morning.

There will also be a grand prize draw featuring a week’s holiday at a 5 bedroom farm house in the South of France, a day’s interior design consultancy worth £500, an art master class with Roger D Salmon and a day salmon fishing on the River Lune.

Refreshments and cakes will be provided.
