Mum Alison, 36, was deliberately mowed down by a Fiat Punto and flung 42ft down a street over a £60 drug debt.
She died two days later in hospital with her 12-year-old son and relatives at her bedside.
Drug gang member Dean Qayum, then 21, of Patterdale Avenue, Blackburn was sentenced to a minimum term of 20 years, while Kaylib Connolly, 19, got a minimum term of 14 years and Joshua Titterington, 27, of Scotland Bank Terrace, Blackburn got a minimum term of 17-and-a-half years.

Mandy Houghton, 58, was killed by her elderly neighbour Alan Fare, 72, who attacked her with a hammer.
Fare, of Victory Close, Nelson, was deemed unfit to stand trial due to his medical disabilities, being that he was suffering from dementia and at the time of his arrest was also experiencing paranoia and psychosis.
But he was found guilty of the act of killing and given an indefinite hospital order. Photo: submit
