Pair from Lancaster to face crown court on robbery charges
Two people have appeared in court charged with robbery in Lancaster.

They were sent for trial at crown court by District Judge Jane Goodwin sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.
They will both appear at the higher court on July 27.
Kelly Lofthouse, 41, of Aldcliffe Road, Lancaster, is charged with the robbery of heroin substitute Methadone.

Leigh Smith, 36, of Heaton Road, Lancaster, is charged with the same offence. He is also charged with robbing two men of cash amounting to £620.
