Police are reminding cyclists to keep their bikes locked up.
Officers say they typically see an increase in bicycle thefts at this time of year as more people use their bikes in the warmer weather.
Det Insp John Entwisle said: “When the weather is warmer, we typically see an increase in this sort of crime.
“There are steps that you can take to prevent your bike being stolen and we would urge you to work with us.
“Make sure your bike is secured at all times. Invest in a good quality bike lock and use it.
“If you store your bike in a garage, shed or outbuilding, make sure that you lock it at all times. It is also advisable to get your bike security marked.”
