Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information leading to the conviction of a man who raped a woman in a Lancaster nightclub.

An 18-year-old student was attacked as she left a toilet in the Sugarhouse at around 12.30am on Tuesday, October 1.

She was pushed back inside a cubicle by a man, described at white, 6ft, wearing a light, short-sleeved top and aged 18 to 30, and raped.

Gary Murray, Crimestoppers’ North West manager, described it as a “terrible crime”.
