British Transport Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a glass window was kicked in at Lancaster Railway Station.

The waiting room window was smashed on Friday September 4 at around 7am.

Investigating officer PC Gavin Dawes said: “A man, accompanied by two women, kicked the outside of a large glass window pane between the waiting room and car park on platform 3, causing it to smash on impact.

“Reckless and criminal damage like this will not be tolerated.

“We believe the man in the image could have important information about the incident and urge him, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward to assist with our enquiries.
