Cottages evacuated after Bolton-le-Sands fire
Fire crews from Bolton-le-Sands, Carnforth, Lancaster, Morecambe, Preesall and Fulwood were all called out to a blaze in terraced cottage in Bolton-le-Sands on Thursday evening.
An Incident Command Unit was also sent to the fire in a mid-terraced cottage in Highfield Lane, which broke out just before 5.30pm.
The property on fire and the cottages on either side of it were evacuated and there were no casualties.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
