LANCASTER City FC will donate all money raised from their home game on Saturday to charity.
The Dolly Blues will hand over the gate receipts at the game against Ossett Town to the Hannah Westworth Fund.
Hannah, of Broadway, Morecambe, has been unable to digest food or drink for more than two years, due to paralysis of her stomach. She has lost more than half her body weight.
The 20-year-old recently had an operation to give her a bionic “stomach pacemaker”. The fund was set up to help raise money for the operation and her aftercare.
There will also be the usual raffle and a collection at the game, with the money going towards the fund.
Kick-off for the game at the Giant Axe is 3pm.
