Casualty cut free from car after crash involving lorry in Lancaster

Emergency services rushed to collision involving a car and a lorry in Lancaster today (April 23).

Two fire engines from Lancaster attended the scene in Hornby Road, Claughton, shortly before 10.50am.

Crews feed one casualty from their vehicle using hand tools and a pedal cutter.

They were then handed over to the care of paramedics at the scene.
