Carnforth doctor releases health help videos

A Carnforth GP has created a set of videos to help the public care for themselves if they have common or easy-to-treat conditions.

Dr Andy Knox’s videos give information on tackling earache, ringworm, eczema, head lice and sore throats.

Five videos have been created for the first series, with more planned for the future.

Dr Knox, of Ash Trees Surgery, said: “The problems identified in the videos are common and by following the advice many will clear up on their own. Should the symptoms persist we would always recommend you to contact your GP.” The videos are available at
