What was your first job?

Telesales - selling timeshares.

This is a real personality building role at 16 years old! A fantastic way

to cut your teeth in a fast paced sales environment. This is the foundation I have built my career on.

How do you relax after a hard day’s work?

Either binge watching Mad Men or catching up on rugby news. Excited for the World Cup this year! C’mon Ireland!

Proudest moment in business?

Crafting and developing the team I work with today is my biggest achievement.

I am proud to work with such a creative, talented and enthusiastic team. They can put their hand to any task and I have full faith they will always deliver quality work on time - usually going above and beyond.

Most embarrassing moment at work?

I may have turned up to work wearing two different coloured shoes.

The joys of being colour-blind and getting dressed in the dark.

Either no one noticed or they were too polite to say anything.

Oh, and I once drove a fork lift truck through a glass door.

I’ll stop there.

What is your biggest vice?

Coffee. Hands down.

I’m still considering an espresso machine for the office. It can only increase

productivity, right!?

I also struggle to sit down for too long. Perhaps regular coffee breaks and star-jumps at your desk are the way forward.

Who is the biggest influence on your life?

My wife. No one is as driven and organised as her. She puts me to shame!

She pushes me to be a better person which I am eternally grateful for.

I have learned a great deal of managerial and interpersonal skills which have become vital for the day to day running of the business.

Word of business advice?

Never take your eyes off the prize. Don’t get bogged down in the day to day struggle, always take a step back to look at the bigger picture.

Train, develop and empower the right people to help you reach your goal. And never be afraid to ‘ruck over’!
