Bicycles worth thousands stolen from Galgate shed

Lancaster Police are appealing for any information on the whereabouts of two high valued bicycles which were stolen from a shed in the Teedsdale area of Galgate.

The incident happened between 8pm - 8.30am on Sunday March 22.

One of the bikes is a black and blue cube cross race disk 2014 model with silver pedals, worth £1,999.

The second is a white cannodale hybrid quick 3 2012 model, worth £700.

A third bicycle was also taken but later found near to Galgate Police station.

Police are warning to be extra vigilant when leaving your home and to make sure your shed is locked securely.

Police say if you are leaving any high valued items in your sheds that are not being used for a long period of time then please bring them into your home out of view.
