Two of the biggest names in the beatboxing world will perform together at The Hothouse on February 15.

This is a great chance to experience an intimate gig by Reeps One and Hobbit who both have international reputations and have played to audiences of thousands.

Reeps One has been the UK Beatbox champion for two years in a row and Hobbit is a Vauxhall UK Beatbox Championships finalist and host of the International Beatbox Convention in London and N ew York.

Their appearance at The Hothouse in Morecambe’s West End is the highlight of the spring Stages Live season which aims to bring the best of the UK’s breakthrough acts to Morecambe.

Reeps One is famous for his own dubstep sounds and fast routines, becoming internationally recognised as a leading artist of the New School Beatbox Scene.

He is unmatched in his ability to impress crowds and shake venues with his vocal skills alone.

Reeps One has supported acts including Rusko, Bengra, Skream and Emalkay and performed alongside the likes of The Prodigy and De La Soul.

He’s played Glastonbury three times and wowed the crowds at shows in Britain and abroad.

Hobbit has been performing to packed venues for nine years.

His loyal following has seen him play everything from one-off shows to international events with crowds of more than 60,000 and massive TV audiences.

His DVD Do the Beatbox has been a hit and his video on YouTube has attracted several million views worldwide.

Tickets for the gig are priced £8 (£5 concessions).
