Appeal after mountain bikes theft

Two bikes worth thousands of pounds were stolen from a house on the Vale estate in Lancaster.

Police are appealing for information after a specialized rock hopper pro comp in bright orange valued at £1100 and an Orange Five mountain bike bright orange in colour fitted with bright orange dmrv12 pedals and brand new shwalabe space black tyres valued at £2500, were stolen..

Both bikes are identifiable by their frame numbers which have been retained by the victim. The bikes were stolen between 10pm on September 28 and 7.45am on September 29.
