Appeal after assault on cycle path

A cyclist was pushed off her bike into a tree by a man on the cycle track.

Police said the assault happened on the cycle path near to Asda on Ovangle Road.

The man who assaulted the woman is described as a white man, with short dark hair, sideburns and a small goatee style beard.

He is said to be in his late 30s to early 40s, large build and was riding a bike with a red child attachment on the front.

The incident happened at 5pm on March 25.
