Airport lounges service takes off

Lancaster digital marketing experts, Fat Media, have launched a high-quality, user friendly website aimed at passengers looking for a more relaxing and stress-free airport experience.

The new site,, created for global aviation services provider, Servisair, gives customers the perfect online gateway to airport lounge facilities.

It creates an attractive and accessible website for customers to view lounges and make bookings as well as providing a customer services and call-centre module for Servisair staff.

One of the major targets for the new site was to increase traffic and booking conversions.

To achieve this Fat Media created a bespoke, intuitive checkout process that adheres to e-commerce best practice guidelines.

The Lancaster company, which employs 54 staff from its city centre offices, also added a quick-book widget that is positioned prominently throughout the website.

Just like the Servisair lounges provide an enhanced and stress-free airport experience for passengers, the site ensures the user journey is also as smooth as possible.

Customers can go direct to a specific lounge page in one click via the mega-menu from the top navigation of the multi-lingual site.

They can also navigate to a lounge by country and airport.
