Air ambulance transports man to hospital
A man in his 40s was airlifted to hospital with a head injury after reportedly falling down stairs in Morecambe’s Arndale Centre.
North West Ambulance Service said they were called to the centre at 4.08pm on Monday and transported a man in his late 40s to the Winter Gardens car park.
The air ambulance then airlifted the man, who they said had suffered major trauma, to Preston.
