She said: “Working holistically involves treating everyone as a unique combination of mind, body and spirit – rather than just a specific health condition. I carefully consider your body mechanics, lifestyle and goals, to tailor massage treatments just for you.”

A launch event is being held on Sunday January 31 at The Well-being Hub, Harpers Mill (behind The Adult College), First Floor, Unit 8-4-3, White Cross Business Park, South Road.

The day will include free taster sessions and opportunities to find out about all of the exciting things on offer.

It is also an opportunity for practitioners and therapists interested in hiring the hub to see and experience the space in action.

People can turn up at any time between 10am and 3pm and take part in any of the sessions. Classes will then officially start on February 1.
