A6 lane closed in Lancaster city centre after man taken ill in car during rush hour
Police closed a lane of traffic on the A6 in Lancaster on Thursday afternoon after a man was taken ill in his car.
Emergency services were called to China Street at around 4.45pm, to reports that a man had suffered a medical episode.
They said it wasn’t clear whether he was behind the wheel at the time.
One lane of traffic was closed for a short time while the man was treated and th vehicle was recovered.
