VISITORS and residents alike will not be short of things to do over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend as Lancaster Unlocked makes a welcome return to the city after last year’s inaugural event.
The programme for this year’s festival, which runs from Friday May 27 to Monday May 30, has a theme of medieval life.
From Lancaster Castle to Williamson Park all the main cultural and historial landmarks across the city will play their part in the diverse and exciting range of events.
Ghost tours, music performances, arts and crafts, bird of prey displays, and heritage tours are just some of the many attractions being staged, and many of them are free.
