
Now in its fifth reprint due to high demand, The Whale Tail Café Cook Book was put together following many requests and suggestions from its dedicated diners.
The publication features a lot of the eatery’s favourite soups, salads, quiches, main courses, cakes and desserts.
Recipes include Watercress and Roasted Garlic Soup, Creamy Cauliflower, Coconut and Coriander Soup; and Garstang Blue Cheese, Spinach and Pine Nut Quiche.
Then there’s also Vegan Sweet Potato Tart, Brie and Wild Mushroom Potato Bake, and Creamy Curried Mushroom Pancakes.
A selection of the café’s well-liked Whale Tail salads also feature.
