Semi–bearded and suffering from outbreaks of gout and hysteria, Eclair puts middle age under the microscope and decides whether to laugh, cry or buy a dachshund!

Too young to die, but too old to stand near the edge in case she gets dizzy and falls over, Jenny Eclair takes to the stage to explore some of the hysteria that surrounds the ageing process.

Jenny Eclair, has been a stand up comic for years and was the first woman to win the coveted Perrier Award.

She still gigs regularly and is on tour around the UK in the autumn with her new show Eclairious, which comes to Lancaster Grand Theatre on Sunday October 18 at 8pm.

Some may recognise Eclair from TV, small screen highlights include, I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here, the ‘Grumpy Old Women’ series, plus the ‘Grumpy Guides’, ‘Grumpy Holidays’ and ‘It’s Grim up North’. She also crops up on This Morning and Loose Women.
