Diving in some of the most remote and least visited places in the world, he has been filming scientists charting the decline of our precious coral reefs.

Doug (pictured) is well known for both his award-winning camera work and his appearances in BBC series such as The Blue Planet, Planet Earth, Life, Human Planet and Frozen Planet.

Often exciting, sometimes humorous, always revealing and refreshingly honest, his Life Behind the Lens tour offers unique personal insights into the challenges of filming animals in the wildest places on Earth, and the challenges they face for survival.

Doug’s presentation starts at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £17.50/£15.50 and are available online at www.lancaster.gov.uk/platform or from the Visitor Information Centres at the Platform in Morecambe and The Storey in Lancaster.

You can also buy tickets over the phone on 01524 582803.
