This special series of screenings follows the Lancaster cinema’s successful debut in the park three years ago.

Film fans should be prepared to be scared when It Follows (15) is screened tonight.

For 19-year-old Jay, autumn should be about school, boys and weekends out at the lake. But after spending the night with her boyfriend, she finds herself plagued by strange visions and the inescapable sense that someone or something, is following her.

Another haunting classic – and a landmark film of silent cinema – Nosferatu (PG) is an iconic take on the story of Dracula.

Affen and Ric Smithson.

The Dukes outdoor screenings are supported by Film Hub North West Central.
