Cast your mind back to a night out in the 1990s, and you may remember having your favourite tipple in hand.
You can probably remember exactly what it tasted like, and the memories associated with your favourite drink come flooding back.
But sadly, we had to wave goodbye to some of our favourites, as they disappeared from the bars and supermarket shelves. Others are still available, but our taste buds have certainly changed over the years.

5. GB Lager
GB Lager was released in the UK at the end of the 1990s, but that didn’t stop the beer from being incredibly popular right away. Sadly though, it was only around for a short while as it disappeared by 2003. Created by Whitbread, GB Lager was only 4.4%. | Pungu x - stock.adobe.com

6. Smirnoff Moscow Mule
Smirnoff Moscow Mule was a flavour of the iconic Smirnoff brand, which was an absolute hit as soon as it was released. Compared to a ready-to-drink cocktail in a bottle, it was enjoyed by many before it disappeared. However, to the delight of fans of the drink it was briefly relaunched in 2018. | Lakasa Studyo - stock.adobe.com

7. Archers Schnapps
Often paired with lemonade, Archers Schnapps was an absolute favourite drink by many across the country in the 1990s. While Archers Schnapps is still available to buy, you don’t hear many asking for an Archers and Lemonade at the bar these days. | Q77photo - stock.adobe.com
