Looking Back: Vintage postcards from resort
In this week’s Looking Back we have delved into our archives to look at some vintage postcards after one reader sent a nostalgic postcard overlooking the promenade.
This vintage postcard, right, was sent in by reader Mrs Joan Atkinson.
It shows the promenade in 1909.
Mrs Atkinson said: “This was sent to an aunt of mine many years ago and on coming to live in Morecambe many years ago she passed it on to me.
