Andy is fundraising for St John's Hospice through a Land's End to John O'Groats challenge, and has already raised £320 of his £500 target.

Andy is cycling the length of the country from his static bike in Morecambe. The length of this is 603 miles, which he hopes to complete in around four days.

On his fundraising page he said: "I'm sure you'll all agree that St John's Hospice is a wonderful local charity providing excellent care across the region.

"They have been hugely affected by recent events and have had to cancel many planned fundraisers. As I have some time on my hands I wanted to give something back to them.

"I will be cycling the straight line distance of 603 miles on my spin bike from home.

"Any help to achieve my target would be hugely appreciated. I know times are hard for some people but any donations would be a massive help for a wonderful charity."
