"However, we are currently responding to the issue of around 130 children aged between 14-18 all gathered in Williamson Park Lancaster.

"Some of these children are under the influence of alcohol. This is a call to all parents with kids of this age group that are currently not at home, if they are not at home, where are they ? If they are at the park we suggest you exercise your parental responsibility and get them home sharpish.

"There are businesses having to shut their doors to prevent this issue yet your kids are behaving like this !! Help us out please."
